Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) – Dreherei

Überblick

Als Produktionsmitarbeiter in der Dreherei sind Sie für die Bedienung, Überwachung und grundlegende Einrichtung von Drehmaschinen verantwortlich. Sie stellen hochwertige Präzisionsteile nach technischen Vorgaben her und tragen wesentlich zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung von CNC- oder konventionellen Drehmaschinen
  • Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Durchführung von Maß- und Sichtprüfungen mit Messmitteln (z. B. Messschieber, Mikrometer)
  • Entgraten, Reinigen und Verpacken der gefertigten Teile
  • Einfache Rüst- und Einstellarbeiten nach Anweisung
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten
  • Mitarbeit bei Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Arbeitsbereichen
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsrichtlinien

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker) oder Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Dreherei oder Metallbearbeitung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • Technisches Verständnis und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
