  • An unserem Standort in Amberg fertigen wir unsere einzigartigen Sinterlamellenfilter.
  • Die Herstellung erfolgt im 3-Schicht-Betrieb und bildet das Herzstück unseres Produktionsprozesses.
  • Als Beschichter (m/w/d) bedienst du dabei eine unserer zentralen Produktionsanlagen und trägst maßgeblich zur Herstellung hochwertiger Filterelemente bei.
  • WIR BRAUCHEN DICH FÜR
  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Steuerung automatisierter Produktionsanlagen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs durch kontinuierliche Prozessüberwachung
  • Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung von Materialien und Produktionsmitteln
  • Durchführung von qualitätsrelevanten Prüfungen während und nach dem Fertigungsprozess
  • Überwachung und Dokumentation von Prozess- und Qualitätsparametern
  • Behebung von Störungen im laufenden Produktionsbetrieb
  • Durchführung von Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und kleineren Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen und Anlagenverfügbarkeit
