Wir suchen für unsere Kunden im Raum Bitterfeld mehrere Produktionsmitarbeiter - Chemie (m/w/d).

In Ihrer neuen Tätigkeit erwarten Sie diese spannenden Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von anorganischen wertintensiven Feinchemikalien
  • Steuern und Überwachen von allen technischen Anlagen der Produktion
  • Einhaltung von Betriebsvorschriften und Bedienungsanleitungen
  • Führung der Anlagendokumentation
  • Probeentnahmen und Inprozesskontrollen
  • Bedienung von Prozessleitsystemen
  • Einhaltung der sicherheits-, umwelt- und qualitätsrelevanten Vorschriften
  • Dokumentation ausgeführter Arbeiten im Schicht- und Anlagenbuch
  • Erkennung und Meldung von Störvorfällen

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant, Chemiefacharbeiter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Wie in der chemischen Industrie üblich, Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 4-Schicht-System
  • Sie besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz
  • Ein gutes Verständnis von technischen Anlagen und Abläufen
  • PC-Kenntnisse
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sie besitzen Eigeninitiative, haben Teamgeist und sind kommunikationsstark
  • Sie verfügen über eine sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
