Für eines unserer namhaften Kundenunternehmen suchen wir ab sofort einen Produktionsmitarbeiter im Bereich Halbleiterfertigung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit in Erfurt.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Maschinenbedienung: Steuern und Überwachen moderner Produktionsanlagen im Bereich Halbleiterfertigung.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Durchführung von visuellen und messtechnischen Kontrollen.
  • Prozesskontrolle: Nachverfolgung der Fertigungsprozesse und rechtzeitige Behebung von Störungen.
  • Dokumentation: Protokollieren der Produktionsschritte und Ergebnisse im System.
  • Sie bringen mit:
  • Qualifikation: Erfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung, Fertigungstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich, idealerweise in der Mikrotechnologie.
  • Technisches Interesse: Freude am Umgang mit hochpräzisen Technologien und Fertigungsprozessen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation und Dokumentation.
  • Einsatzbereitschaft: Bereitschaft zum 12-Stunden-Schichtsystem mit attraktiven Freizeitausgleichstagen (nur 14–15 Arbeitstage pro Monat).
