Wir sind ein innovatives und regional verwurzeltes Unternehmen in der Baustoffindustrie und suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine/n motivierte/n Produktionsmitarbeiter/in im Schichtdienst (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Überwachung unserer SPS-gesteuerten Ziegelverfüllanlage
  • Durchführung von Rüstvorgängen bei Produktwechseln
  • Regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen der verfüllten Ziegel (Füllgrad, Maßhaltigkeit, Sichtprüfung)
  • Frühzeitige Erkennung und Behebung von Störungen
  • Überprüfung von Anzeigen, Sensoren und Steuerungssystemen
  • Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten an der Anlage
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten und Prüfergebnissen
  • Abstimmung mit Kollegen zur Materialversorgung

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder gewerblichen Bereich von Vorteil, Quereinsteiger willkommen
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Zwei-Schicht)
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Führerscheinklasse B
  • Erfahrung mit Stapler/Radlader von Vorteil
  • Deutschkenntnisse
  • Engagement, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
