Produktionsmitarbeiter / Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) für Betonfertigteile

Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser Produktionsteam! Egal ob erfahrener Betonbauer oder motivierter Quereinsteiger – bei uns zählt Ihr handwerkliches Geschick und Ihre Zuverlässigkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gemeinsames Vorbereiten und Reinigen der Schalungsformen im Team.
  • Handwerkliches Einlegen von Bewehrungen und Einbauteilen, auch im Team.
  • Nachbearbeitung der fertigen Bauteile.

  • Teamgeist: Freude an der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen im Alltag.
  • Motivation: Handwerkliches Geschick und Spaß an körperlicher Arbeit.
  • Arbeitsweise: Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und ein Auge für Qualität.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Abstimmung im Team und die Arbeitssicherheit.
  • Vorkenntnisse: Nicht zwingend erforderlich – Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen!
