Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung, Aufbau und Durchführung von Vakuum‑Bagging‑Prozessen für Composite‑Bauteile
  • Handhabung von Pre‑Preg‑Materialien und Trennmitteln nach technischen Vorgaben
  • Sorgfältiges Positionieren von Faserlagen (Lay‑up) und spätere Versiegelung für Härtungsprozesse
  • Mitarbeit bei Autoklav‑ oder Ofenhärtung – Be‑ und Entladen, Entformen der Bauteile
  • Qualitätsgerechte Bearbeitung mittels Trimmen, Schleifen und Finish‑Arbeiten
  • Dokumentation der Prozessschritte und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts‑ und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigungsleitung, Qualitätssicherung und Engineering

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung, z. B. Bootsbauer/in mit Kunststoff‑/Faserverbundkenntnissen , Composite‑Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Faserverbundmaterialien und Vakuum‑Bagging‑Technik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Handwerkzeugen, Mess‑ und Hilfsmitteln
  • Sorgfältige, qualitätsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in industrielle Fertigungsprozesse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; technische Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
