Produktionsmitarbeiter\*in für die Fertigung optischer Systeme Die lightsource.tech GmbH ist auf die Entwicklung und Produktion innovativer optischer Komponenten und Systeme spezialisiert. Mit einem Team von derzeit 16 Mitarbeiter\*innen und regionalen Zulieferern produzieren wir Lichtquellen, Monochromatoren und komplette optische Messgeräte für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen in Industrie und Forschung.

Für die Unterstützung unserer Fertigung suchen wir zu sofort eine\*n Produktionsmitarbeiter\*in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Zeichnungserstellung / Änderungen mit CAD-Inventor

Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Konstruktion

Produktion von optischen Modulen und Geräten

Inbetriebnahme und Justage von optischen Geräten

Messung von Spezifikationen und Leistungsdaten

Erstellung von Prüfprotokolle

Qualitätssicherung / technische Wareneingangskontrolle

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Präzisionsmaschinenbau, Mechatronik, Feinwerktechnik, Optoelektronik oder ähnlich

Erste Berufserfahrung in der Montage von feinmechanischen, elektronischen und optischen Geräten vorteilhaft

Handwerkliches Geschick, gutes technisches Verständnis

Umgang mit Windows und Office Programmen

CAD-Kenntnisse (Inventor) vorteilhaft

Löt-, Crimp- und Klebekenntnisse vorteilhaft

Qualitäts- und kostenbewusstes Handeln

Selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit

Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Flexibilität
