Als Produktionsmitarbeiter\*in (m/w/d) unterstützt du alle relevanten Produktionsabläufe ihn der Fleisch- und Wurstherstellung.

Durch deine zuverlässige Mitarbeit, handwerkliches Arbeiten sowie die Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben sicherst du einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sowie eine gleichbleibend hohe Produktqualität.

WAS ZU TUN IST…

  • Mitarbeit bei der Herstellung, Verarbeitung und Verpackung von Fleisch- und Wurstwaren, Kommisionierung und Versandvorbereitung
  • Vorbereitung und Bereitstellung von Rohstoffen, Materialien und Arbeitsmitteln
  • Bedienung von Maschinen, Anlagen und Geräten nach Einweisung
  • Unterstützung bei Zerlege-, Portionier-, Abfüll- und Verpackungstätigkeiten
  • Durchführung von Reinigungs- und Ordnungstätigkeiten im Arbeitsbereich
  • Einhaltung aller Hygiene,- Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben (z.B. HACCP)
