  • -Aufrüsten der Kunststoffverarbeitungsmaschinen (Programme einlesen, Aufbau der Werkzeuge) -Vorbereiten der Werkzeuge (Flansche reinigen, Inserts einlegen, fachgerechtes Verschließen der Werkzeuge) -Inbetriebnahme der Fertigungsmaschinen & Entformung der Teile entsprechend der Entformungsrichtlinien -Technische & optische Prüfung der gefertigten Kunststoffteile sowie Endbearbeitung (Entgraten, Bohren, Sägen und Fräsen) sowie Kennzeichnung der Teile nach Vorgabe -Verpacken und Ausliefern der Kunststoffteile inklusive der Auftragsabmeldung in SAP R/3 - Überprüfung der Rotations- & Abkühlform sowie der Hilfsvorrichtungen auf Mängel nach Fertigstellung der Teile, bei Bedarf Reparaturen in die Wege leiten
  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • -Handwerkliches Geschick-Schichtbereitschaft (3 Schicht)-Führerschein & PKW von Vorteil -Körperliche Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit & Selbständiges Arbeiten
