Für unseren Kunden, den Weltmarktführer für mineralische Dämmstoffe, suchen wir ab sofort Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in zeitlicher Überlassung mit dem Ziel auf Übernahme.

Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Kontinuierliche Begleitung und Kontrolle der Produktionsabläufe
  • Fachgerechtes Zu- und Abschalten von Anlagensegmenten gemäß Vorgaben
  • Ausführung notwendiger Wartung - und Reparaturtätigkeiten
  • Organisation und Bereitstellung der technischen Ausrüstung für den Fertigungsprozess
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Sauberhalten zur Einhaltung der Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrungen im Produktionsumfeld über mehrere Jahre sind von Vorteil
  • Besitz eines gültigen Staplerscheins ist wünschenswert, auch wenn noch keine praktische Fahrpraxis besteht
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit zur Bewältigung der täglich anfallenden Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem sowie an Wochenenden
