Ihr Einsatzbereich:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung, Bedienung und Überwachung unserer Maschinen
  • Betonproduktion einschließlich Produktüberwachung und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Fehlererkennung und dessen Behebung

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Eigeninitiative sowie qualitäts- und lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schicht-System)
