Die EIKBOOM GmbH konstruiert, produziert und liefert seit 70 Jahren Komponenten aus GFK (glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff) an verschiedenste Industriekunden im In- und Ausland. Wir beliefern u.a. den Reisemobilbau, der Windanlagenindustrie und im Landmaschinenbau. Das Unternehmen bietet dabei eine vielfältige Wertschöpfung in kleinen, mittelgroßen und großen Serien an.

Quereinsteiger/innen sind willkommen!

Wir bieten Quereinsteiger eine Chance! Im sogenannten Handlaminat- und Vakuumverfahren fertigen Sie Bauteile aus Faserverbundstoffen für unsere Kunden. Hierbei lernen Sie Schritt-für-Schritt, wie man z.B. mit der Malerwalze arbeitet und den Lagenaufbau durchführt.

Sauberes Arbeiten lernen Sie anschließen im „geschlossenen Verfahren“ kennen in dem Sie trocken die Rohmaterialen passend einlegen und das anschließend das Harz per Vakuum einleiten.

Ihre Qualifikation

Sie sind im Besitz einer ggf. abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker/-in/ Laminierer/-in oder ähnlicher Berufsausbildung als Maler/Lackierer/ Tischler/Monteur und haben am besten noch Berufserfahrung im Gepäck. Ein strukturiertes, gewissenhaftes Arbeiten ist Ihnen nicht fremd?! Dann freuen wir uns, Ihre Zukunft mitzugestalten.
