Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Bestückung von Anlagen sowie der Entnahme von Material aus den Anlagen
  • Ausführen der im Arbeitsplan definierten Bearbeitungsvorgänge
  • Durchführung der Materialanforderung sowie der Materialverbrauchsbuchung im definierten ERP-System
  • Verpacken und Kennzeichnen von hergestellten Teilen entsprechend der definierten Vorgabe
  • Beheben von Kurzunterbrechungen der Anlage im definierten Verantwortungsbereich
  • Durchführen von Rüstvorgängen
  • Durchführen von definierten Qualitätsprüfungen

Das zeichnet Sie aus

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im gewerblich-technischen Bereich wünschenswert
  • Grundverständnis für Produktionsprozesse und Anlagen
  • Fähigkeit zur Qualitätsprüfung (Sichtprüfung / einfache Messmittel)
  • Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Rückmeldungen, Buchungen)
  • Verständnis für Arbeitspläne, Prüfpläne, 5S
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
