Produktion

  • Teileproduktion
  • Arbeitsplatzeinrichtung in Absprache mit dem SF bzw. SR
  • Störungen erkennen und melden
  • Mängel und Schwachstellen im Produktionsprozess und am Produkt erkennen
  • Kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess (KVP= praktisch umsetzen
  • Schichtübergaben am Arbeitsplatz und im Aufgabenbereich
  • Stückzahlerfassung und Produktkennzeichnung nach Vorgabe durchführen
  • Vorgeschriebene Dokumentation erledigen
  • Erfassung des Ausschusses

Logistik

  • Material anfordern
  • Transport und Bereitstellung von Bedarfsgütern am Arbeitsplatz
  • Bereitstellung und Entsorgung von Leergut, Verpackung, Kaufteilen, Rohmaterial, Halb- und Fertigteilen (sofern nicht vom internen Transport übernommen)

Qualität

  • Sichtkontrolle
  • Gewährleistung der Produktionsspezifikation gemäß Prüfplan, Fehlermuster
  • Einhaltung der Prozessvorschriften, ggf. Veränderungen/Verbesserungen vorschlagen und einsteuern
  • Mitarbeit an diversen Projekten

Voraussetzungen:

  • Ausbildung
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, Berufserfahrung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation

Kenntnisse/Fähigkeiten

  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
