Wir suchen Sie! - Ab sofort, in Vollzeit für ein namhaftes, mittelständisches Unternehmen aus der Anlagen-Branche in Coswig.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung vielfältiger Arbeiten zur Herstellung von Betonschwellen z.B. Vorbereitung der Formen, Einlegen von Spannstahl, Betonieren, Entschalen, sowie Montage von Oberbaumaterial
  • Qualitätsbewusste Ausführung der Arbeiten nach bestehenden Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an der Optimierung des Produktionsprozesses und Einbringung von Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Abläufe

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Produktion oder in handwerklichen Bereichen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse aufgrund interner Kommunikation erforderlich
  • Zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (rollierende Woche):
  • (3× Frühschicht 06:00-15:30 Uhr, 3× Spätschicht 15:30-01:00 Uhr, 3× frei)
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägtes Arbeitssicherheitsdenken
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Flexibilität und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Arbeitsort mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur sehr eingeschränkt erreichbar ist.
