Wir suchen für unseren Kunden im Raum Kulmbach Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d), Produktionshelfer  (m/w/d) und Fertigungsmitarbeiter  (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Produktionsmaschinen
  • Kontrolle und Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten an den Maschinen
  • Verpacken und Kennzeichnen von Fertigprodukten
  • Durchführung von Sicht- und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Dokumentation der Produktionsprozesse und -ergebnisse
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei allgemeinen Produktionstätigkeiten

Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise in der Kunststoffverarbeitung
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit
  • PKW und Führerschein sind von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
