Für unseren Kunden, einen global agierenden Technologie-Konzern, suchen wir Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Standort in Berlin-Adlershof.

Ihre Aufgaben als Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d):

  • Fertigung von Halbleiterbauelementen in Klein- und Großserien nach definierten technologischen Vorgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bedienung von Anlagen im Herstellungsprozess
  • Durchführung von Endtests und prozessbegleitenden Prüfungen
  • Planung, Organisation und Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen sowie Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
  • Handhabung, Lagerung und Bereitstellung der Arbeitsstoffe unter Einhaltung der Arbeitsschutz- und Umweltschutzvorschriften
  • Arbeiten im Reinraum und im 3-Schichtsystem

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mikrotechnologie oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation bzw. Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Fertigung mikrotechnischer Komponenten
  • Konzentrierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Lernbereitschaft und Computeranwenderkenntnisse
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • 3-Schichtbereitschaft
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (ab B2-Niveau)
