Wir beliefern den Großhandelsmarkt in ganz Deutschland und im europäischen Ausland. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Wiesbaden-Delkenheim suchen wir ab sofort

### engagierte Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) .

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung & Verarbeitung : Fachgerechtes Auspacken, Schneiden und Verarbeiten von Fleisch- und Schinkenwaren sowie Vorbereiten der Rohstoffe
  • Maschinenbedienung & Verpackung : Bedienen von Fleischerei- und Verpackungsmaschinen, Abfüllen, Etikettieren und Packen der Produkte für den Versand
  • Logistik & Materialfluss : Warenannahme, Vorbereitung von Paletten und Unterstützung bei der Fahrzeugbeladung
  • Hygiene & Qualität : Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien sowie Durchführen von Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsarbeiten im Produktionsbereich

Das bieten wir Ihnen

  • Stundenlohn:  16,50 € brutto/Stunde
  • Vertrag: Jahresvertrag mit der klaren Absicht zur Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis
  • Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag von 07:30 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr
  • Zusatzverdienst: Optionale Wochenendschichten mit den gesetzlichen Zuschlägen für Sonn- und Feiertage
  • Jobticket oder Fahrtkostenzuschuss
  • Bei Übernahme in die Festanstellung bieten wir eine betriebliche Altersvorsorge

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Lebensmittel- und Fleischverarbeitungsbereich
  • Zuverlässigkeit, körperliche Belastbarkeit  und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Verständnis für Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards ( HACCP )
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse wären von Vorteil für die tägliche Abstimmung im Team
