Als Spezialist für Lean-Produkte produziert und vertreibt die myLean GmbH Produkte für schlanke Produktionsprozesse. Seit Gründung im Jahr 2014 haben wir uns von einem kleinen Produktionsbetrieb zu einem erfolgreichen mittelständischen Unternehmen entwickelt. Heute produzieren wir mit modernster Technologie und einem hochmotivierten Team maßgeschneiderte Lean-Produkte für namhafte und internationale Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten
  • Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Selbständige Produktionstätigkeiten in der Fräs- Laser- Klebe- und Profiltechnik nach eingehender Einarbeitung.

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Selbständige Bedienung, Wartung und Kontrolle der jeweils technischen Maschinen in den Produktionsbereichen (Portalfräsmaschinen / mit CAD/CAM Steuerung, IsiCAM 2.8)
  • Reinigung und Nachbearbeitung der Produkte
  • Montage-Aufgaben
  • Vorbereitung von Grundstoffen
  • Verpackung und/oder Versand Tätigkeiten
  • Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich sicher.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Industriemechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker oder ähnliches), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Produktion, Fräs- Lasertechnik oder Industriemontagen
  • Erfahrung in Produktionsabläufen
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktionsprozessen
  • Strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
