Werden Sie Teil der NEWALU GmbH, einem technologisch führenden Dienstleister in der Wärmebehandlung und der mechanischen Bearbeitung von Aluminiumlegierungen. Mit 110 Beschäftigten, an zwei Standorten, bedienen wir industrielle Kunden aus der Automobilindustrie und dem Maschinenbau. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort in Delbrück zum nächstmöglichen Eintrittsdatum einen

Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Ihr Handlungsfeld:

  • Vorbereiten der Bauteile für den Produktionsprozess (Warmbehandlung und Strahlanlage)
  • Bedienen und Bestücken von Montageanlagen
  • Manuelle oder maschinelle Nachbearbeitung von Aluminiumbauteilen
  • Montagearbeiten an Aluminiumbauteilen
  • Produktionsbegleitende Qualitätskontrolle
  • Warensortierung und-verpackung
  • Verschiedenste weitere Hilfstätigkeiten in der Produktion

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung von Vorteil, gerne auch motivierte Berufsanfänger mit Interesse an persönlicher Weiterentwicklung oder Quereinsteiger mit Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
  • Zuverlässige, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
