Wir suchen eine/n Produktionshelfer/in für die Herstellung von GFK-Bauteilen. Als mittelständiges Familienunternehmen ist die Firma Wagner Polyesterverarbeitung GmbH & Co. KG seit über 50 Jahren der kompetente Ansprechpartner für professionelle Verarbeitung von glasfaserverstärkten Kunststoffen (GFK) zu individuellen Kundenwünschen und Anforderungen.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Drapierung von Rohmaterialien
  • Instandsetzung und Pflege der Formwerkzeuge
  • Laminieren/Vakuumieren der verschiedenen Glasfaserverbundwerkstoffen und Harzen
  • Nacharbeiten der unfertigen Erzeugnisse mit Schleif-, Schneide- und Bohrwerkzeugen/-maschinen
  • Verbau und Montage von weiteren Komponenten aus Metall, Kunststoffbauteilen
  • Veredelung der GFK-Oberflächen im Finish
  • Qualitätskontrollen

### Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker/in, Laminierer/in oder ähnliche Berufsausbildungen (z. B. Tischler/in etc.)
  • ideellerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kunststoffverarbeitung
  • strukturiertes, gewissenhaftes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
