Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Programmierung und Anpassung von CNC-Programmen
  • Rüsten und Einrichten der CNC-Maschinen
  • Einspannen und Ausrichten der zu bearbeitenden Werkstücke
  • Auswahl Einrichten und Vermessen der benötigten Werkzeuge
  • Durchführung verschiedener Bearbeitungsschritte wie Fräsen Drehen Bohren und Gewindeschneiden
  • Überwachung des laufenden Fertigungsprozesses
  • Anpassung von Maschinen- und Bearbeitungsparametern bei Abweichungen
  • Durchführung von erforderlichen Korrekturen und Nacharbeiten
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke
  • Prüfung der Werkstücke mit entsprechenden Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Bearbeitung und Rückmeldung der vorgegebenen Arbeitsaufträge
  • Dokumentation des eingesetzten Materialverbrauchs
  • Erfassung und Meldung von Ausschuss und Qualitätsabweichungen
  • Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Arbeits- Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Pflege und sachgerechter Umgang mit Maschinen Werkzeugen und Betriebsmitteln

Das erwartet Sie:

  • 30 Tage Urlaub
  • Eine 37,5 Std. Woche im 3-Schicht System
