Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) - Elektro

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bedienen und Rüsten von Produktionsanlagen im Bereich der Elektronikfertigung (ML, SMT oder THT)
  • Überwachung der Fertigungsprozesse in der Einzel- und Serienproduktion
  • Bereitstellung und Handhabung von Materialien sowie Behebung einfacher Störungen an den Anlagen
  • Durchführung von Sicht- und Qualitätskontrollen zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
  • Materialbuchungen und Auftragsrückmeldungen im ERP-System sowie Führen der Schichtdokumentation
  • Einhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie Durchführung von Reinigungs- und TPM-Maßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen und der termingerechten Fertigung

Dein Profil

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Produktion, idealerweise im Bereich Elektronik oder Elektrotechnik
  • Kenntnisse in der SMD-/SMT-Fertigung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an der Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen
  • Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B-Niveau für eine sichere Kommunikation im Arbeitsalltag
