Als Spezialist für Rotationsschmelzen und Vakuum-Tiefziehen bietet PlasTec Technology den Kunden die Entwicklung und Montage kompletter Baugruppen an. Produktideen werden auf innovative Weise in wirtschaftliche Kunststoffbauteile und -systeme umgesetzt.

Für unsere Abteilungen Rotation, CNC-Bearbeitung und Montage am Standort Trappenkamp suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin in Vollzeit mehrere Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

*Rotation * 3-Schicht-System

  • Aufrüsten und Inbetriebnahme der Rotationsanlagen inkl. Vorbereitung der Werkzeuge
  • Entformung der Teile sowie Prüfung der Rotations- & Abkühlformen auf Mängel

*CNC-Bearbeitung * 3-Schicht-System

  • Rüsten und Bedienen der CNC-Bearbeitungszentren, Anpassen von CNC-Programmen
  • Aufspannen der Kunststoffteile sowie Maß- & Sichtprüfung nach Zeichnung

*Montage * 1-Schicht-System

  • Montage kompletter Baugruppen nach Zeichnung und Montageanweisung
  • Einbau von Anbauteilen sowie Funktions- & Dichtigkeitsprüfung

*Alle Bereiche *

  • Endbearbeitung (Entgraten, Bohren, Sägen), Kennzeichnung nach Vorgabe
  • Verpacken und Ausliefern inkl. Auftragsabmeldung in SAP R/3

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung wünschenswert
  • Für die CNC-Bearbeitung: Erfahrung mit CNC-Maschinen
  • Lesen technischer Zeichnungen, Umgang mit Messmitteln
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit, Sorgfalt, Teamfähigkeit & selbstständiges Arbeiten

Das erwartet Sie:

  • 30 Tage Urlaub
  • Eine 37,5 Std. Woche - kein Wochenende
