Wir - die ahead personal - suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden in Büddenstedt langfristig, zu sehr guten Konditionen und mit hoher Chance zur Übernahme mehrere Helfer/in (m/w/d) Automobilbranche ! Unser Recruiting Team freut sich schon jetzt auf ein persönliches Kennenlernen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Ausführen von Montagetätigkeiten in der Serienfertigung – genau, schnell und zuverlässig
  • Durchführung von einfachen Montagetätigkeiten gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Qualitätskontrolle der montierten Teile
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Arbeitsstandards
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Produktionsvorbereitung und -Nachbereitung
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Abläufen

Was Du mitbringen solltest

  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf A2/B1 Niveau
  • Berufserfahrung in Montagetätigkeiten wünschenswert
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
