Für unseren Kunden in München suchen wir einen Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenbauteilen nach festgelegten Prozessvorgaben
  • Bedienung und Überwachung der Produktionsanlagen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Produktionsablaufs
  • termingerechte Bearbeitung der Kundenaufträge
  • Durchführung einfacher Qualitätskontrollen
  • Einhaltung der Dokumentations-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf dem Niveau B2
  • zuverlässige, motivierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • körperliche Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • erste Erfahrung in der Produktion, Metallverarbeitung oder chemischen Industrie von Vorteil
  • Quereinsteiger mit technischem Verständnis sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Vorerfahrung im chemischen Bereich ist nicht zwingend erforderlich
