### Was solltest Du mitbringen?

Arbeitserfahrung in der industriellen Lebensmittelproduktion
Alternativ eine Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich beispielsweise Koch/ Bäcker (m/w/d) o.ä.
Technisches Verständnis, selbstständiges, sorgfältiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten
Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Hygienebewusstsein im Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

### Was bieten wir Dir?

Die Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 38,75h im 3 Schichtsystem, ohne Wochenendarbeit.
Im Bereich der Produktion gibt es außerdem gute Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten zum Schichtleiter.
Es besteht ein Anspruch auf 30 Tage Urlaub sowie Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
Außerdem gibt es regelmäßige Sonderzahlungen.
Es gibt zusätzlich die Möglichkeit sich ein JobRad zu leasen.
