Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) Reinraum - 3-Schichten

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Medizinprodukten aus Silikon im Reinraum
  • Durchführung überwiegend manueller, wiederkehrender Produktionsschritte nach klaren Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Sichtkontrolle der gefertigten Produkte nach vorgegebenen Qualitätskriterien
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten in Arbeits- und Herstellungsdokumenten
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Reinraum-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Arbeit nach festen Abläufen und standardisierten Prozessen

Rahmenbedingungen:

  • Arbeit im Reinraum mit entsprechender Reinraumkleidung
  • Je nach Einsatzbereich: Arbeit mit Maske und Frischluftversorgung
  • Überwiegend stehende, manuelle und wiederholende Tätigkeiten
  • Keine klassische Akkordarbeit und keine starre Taktung
  • Arbeit mit klaren Tageszielen und produktionsbezogenen Kennzahlen
  • Vor Arbeitsbeginn ist eine medizinische Untersuchung zur Reinraumtauglichkeit erforderlich; die Organisation erfolgt durch uns

Dein Profil:

  • Keine abgeschlossene Ausbildung erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in Produktion, Montage, Verpackung, Qualitätskontrolle oder Reinraum von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau zum sicheren Verstehen von Arbeitsanweisungen und zur ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Reinraum und zum Tragen von Reinraumkleidung
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Medizinprodukten
