Für unseren Kunden in 14167 Berlin suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeiter für die Produktion von Polyesterfiltern. Die Filter werden unter anderem in Fahrzeugen und Industriemaschinen eingesetzt.

Es handelt sich um eine langfristige Beschäftigung mit deutschem Arbeitsvertrag und attraktiver, steigender Vergütung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung von Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen
  • Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Polyesterfiltern
  • Vorbereitung von Materialien für die Produktion
  • Schneiden, Formen und Montieren von Filterelementen
  • Kontrolle des Produktionsprozesses
  • Qualitätskontrolle der fertigen Produkte
  • Verpackung und Vorbereitung der Ware für den Versand
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz

Ihr Profil:

  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 4-Schicht-System
  • Belastbarkeit bei erhöhter Temperatur, ca. 30°C
  • Eigener PKW für den Arbeitsweg erforderlich
  • Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Motivation und Genauigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Produktion oder Maschinenbedienung von Vorteil

Wir bieten:

  • Garantierte Arbeitszeit: 151,67 Stunden pro Monat
  • Durchschnittlich ca. 170 Stunden monatlich möglich
  • Pünktliche Auszahlung bis zum 20. des Monats
  • Möglichkeit einer Unterkunft

Stundenlohn brutto:

  • 0–3 Monate: 17,50 €/h
  • 3–5 Monate: 18,50 €/h
  • 5–14 Monate: 19,00 €/h
  • ab 15 Monaten: 21,00 €/h
  • Nachtarbeit zusätzlich mit 25 % Zuschlag

Arbeitszeit:

Die Arbeit erfolgt im 4-Schicht-System. Der Jahresplan wird im Voraus erstellt.
