### Aufgaben

  • Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktionsmaschinen
  • Fertigung von Einzelteilen, Kleinserien und Serienproduktionen
  • Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen für eine effizientere Produktion
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile nach Zeichnung oder Prüfmuster
  • Unterstützung bei der Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen

### Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung als Produktionsmitarbeiter, Maschinenbediener oder vergleichbar
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Präzise, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schicht möglich)
  • Motivation, sich in neue Maschinen und Abläufe einzuarbeiten
