Das Besondere an der Stelle (Ihre Entwicklung)

Nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie Schritt für Schritt mehr Verantwortung. Ziel ist die Übernahme der Funktion als Schichtführer (m/w/d).

Dabei gehören künftig unter anderem zu Ihren Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Koordination der Produktionsschicht
  • Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung des Schichtteams
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Produktivität
  • Ansprechperson für Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Galvanik, Oberflächentechnik oder Metallbearbeitung
  • Alternativ technisches Verständnis und Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen
  • Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Motivation, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
