Produktionsmitarbeiter Pharma (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Optische Kontrolle und manuelle Sichtprüfung von Flaschen, Vials und Fertigspritzen
  • Bedienung und Überwachung automatisierter Kontrollanlagen sowie Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen
  • Erkennung und Behebung kleinerer Anlagenstörungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • GMP-konforme Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte sowie Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienevorgaben
  • Unterstützung beim innerbetrieblichen Materialtransport unter Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit sowie sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung wünschenswert
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie oder im GMP-regulierten Umfeld von Vorteil
  • für diese Stelle Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Unbefristete Anstellung mit langfristiger Perspektive
  • Weihnachtsgeld und Urlaubsgeld
  • Attraktive Zuschläge für Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Übertarifliche Bezahlung ab 17€ pro Stunde (je nach Qualifikation verhandelbar)
  • 2 Schicht - Früh/Spät
  • bis zu 1000 € pro geworbenen Mitarbeiter über unser Empfehlungsprogramm
