Für unsere Faserverbundfertigung suchen wir ab sofort Produktionsmitarbeiter in der Prepreg-Laminatfertigung, die uns bei der Fertigung von anspruchsvollen Leichtbau-Komponenten unterstützt.

Deine Aufgabe:

  • Sorgfältiges Einlegen der Prepreg-Zuschnitte basierend auf Kundenzeichnungen und Plybooks
  • Bau von komplexen Bauteilen für den Motorsport, insbesondere von Hohlbauteilen
  • Eigenständiges Verpacken und Vorbereiten der Bauteile für den nachfolgenden Autoklavenprozess
  • Sorgfältige Pflege der fertigungsbegleitenden Dokumentation
  • Sicherstellung einer wiederholgenauen und hohen Qualität
  • Aufbereitung und Instandsetzung von Werkzeugen für die Laminatproduktion (CFK/Aluminium, etc.)
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität durch sorgfältige und genaue Arbeit
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen und Verfahren

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Faserverbund oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Prepreg-Laminiatfertigung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Herstellung von Faserverbundbauteilen
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Extreme Sorgfalt und Geduld bei der Arbeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit
