Für ein Unternehmen der Metallverarbeitung suchen wir einen Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Maschinenbediener, Produktionsmitarbeiter oder Anlagenführer (m/w/d).

Wenn beide Seiten zufrieden sind, ist ein Übergang in den Kundenbetrieb vorgesehen.

  • Maschinen und Anlagen einrichten, umrüsten und bedienen
  • laufende Produktionsprozesse überwachen

Anlagen bei Bedarf nachjustieren

  • Qualitätskontrollen durchführen
  • Störungen erkennen und beheben
  • Maschinen und Anlagen warten und instand halten

Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Maschineneinrichter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • fundierte Erfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung oder Produktion
  • technisches Verständnis
  • Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • sorgfältige und kollegiale Arbeitsweise
  • ab 2.730 € brutto monatlich, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation auch mehr möglich
  • unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag
  • Weihnachts- und Urlaubsgeld
  • Fahrdienst oder Fahrtkostenzuschuss
  • 300 € Prämie für Kollegengewinnung
  • Abschlagszahlungen möglich
  • Option auf Übernahme
