Produktionsmitarbeiter Quereinsteiger (m/w/d)

Als Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) bist du in einer modernen Druckerei tätig und übernimmst vielseitige Aufgaben, wie das Bedienen von Maschinen sowie das Verpacken und Etikettieren von Waren. Erste Erfahrungen als Produktionshelfer (m/w/d) sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) welche keine Berufserfahrung in einer Druckerei haben, sind ebenfalls Willkommen. Du startest mit einem Stundenlohn von 15,33 €. Bereits nach vier Wochen steigert sich dein Verdienst auf 15,56 € pro Stunde.

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung erfolgt das Bestücken und Bedienen moderner Druck- und Weiterverarbeitungsanlagen
  • Das Einlegen von Materialien, die Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses sowie das Melden von Störungen gehören zum Aufgabenbereich
  • Einfache Qualitätskontrollen werden zuverlässig anhand vorgegebener Standards durchgeführt
  • Die fertigen Druckerzeugnisse werden verpackt, etikettiert und zur Weiterverarbeitung bereitgestellt
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Motivation, etwas Neues zu lernen – Erfahrung in Produktion, Logistik oder Handwerk ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Spaß an körperlicher, praktischer Arbeit und geregelten Abläufen
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
