Deine Zukunft:

  • Du bedienst und überwachst die Mischanlage und das Walzwerkes
  • Du bist für die Prüfung des Metallsuchers verantwortlich
  • Du achtest auf die Produktqualität unter der Beachtung der Prozesskarten im Röstbereich
  • Du überwachst die Teigfeuchte und die Teigtemperatur, und ermittelst und dokumentierst den Fettgehalt der Fertigware
  • Du überwachst die Form, Länge, Farbe und des 10-Scheibengewichtes der Roh- und Fertigware
  • Du überprüfst das Röstöles
  • Du informierst die Anlagenleitung bei Qualitätsmängeln
  • Du stellst Sauberkeit und Hygiene am Arbeitsplatz sicher
  • Du bereitest die Anlagen vor Produktionsbeginn sowie nach Produktionsende vor

Dein Profil:

  • Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis
  • Du besitzt Analysefähigkeit und arbeitest selbstständig
  • Du besitzt einen Kranschein oder bist bereit diesen zu erwerben
  • Du bist flexibel im 3-Schicht-Modell sowie am Wochenende einsetzbar
  • Du handelst verantwortungs- und kostenbewusst
