### Das sind deine Aufgaben als Produktionsmitarbeiter Wärmebehandlung:

  • Überwachung und Bedienung einer automatisierten Wärmebehandlungsanlage
  • Überwachung und Optimierung des Härteprozesses
  • Bedienung der Automatisierung
  • Wartung und Pflege der Anlagen und Vorrichtungen (TPM)
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke nach technischen Vorgaben
  • Analysierung und Beseitigung von Fehlerquellen
  • Bedienung von SAP und BDE-Systemen
  • Materialhandling

### Das bringst du für Soltau mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Metallverarbeitung o. ä. Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Wärmebehandlung sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Industrieanlagen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und konventionellen Messmitteln
  • Präziser und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil sowie ein hoher Grad an Sorgfalt
  • Ausdauer und Zuverlässigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zum Einsatz in einem Mehrschichtbetrieb
