Die Schulte & Co. GmbH ist ein internationaler Tier 1-Lieferant mit ca. 1.000 Beschäftigten. Als Entwicklungs- und Serienlieferant der internationalen Automobilindustrie (Schwerpunkt Kontakteile, Energieleitungssätze und Sicherungsboxen) entwickeln und fertigen wir an vier Standorten in Hemer, Tschechien und Tunesien Leitungssätze und Komponenten.

Ab sofort suchen wir einen

Produktionsplaner (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Terminplanung und Steuerung der Fertigungsaufträge unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Materialverfügbarkeit und Lieferterminen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Fertigungsplänen sowie deren laufende Optimierung
  • Überwachung der Fertigungsdurchläufe und Sicherstellung termingerechter Auftragsabwicklung
  • Eskalationsmanagement in Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Einkauf, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigung und Vertrieb
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Abläufen zur Erhöhung der Planungssicherheit und Lieferfähigkeit
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung innerhalb der Produktionsplanung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erfolgreicher Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung in einem Industrieunternehmen
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office sowie Q-Standards aus dem Bereich Automotive
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
