PRODUKTIONSPLANER (M/W/D)

WAS SIE ERWARTET:

  • Produktionsauftragsplanung laut Bedarf, Kapazität und
  • Materialverfügbarkeit anhand unseres PPS-Systems
  • Erstellung von Sonder- und Nacharbeitsaufträgen
  • Überprüfen und Pflegen der Maschinenkapazitäten
  • Terminanfragen bearbeiten
  • Verfolgung der laufenden Produktionsaufträge
  • Auftragserstellung und -abwicklung
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Follow-up
  • Übernahme von Bestandsverantwortung der
  • Fertigwarenbestände
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Service, Rohmaterial
  • Disposition, Fertigung und Einkauf
  • Analyse von Fehlmaterialien
  • Durchführung der wöchentlichen Lieferbesprechung
  • Durchführung der täglichen Verpackungsbesprechung
  • Prüfung obsoleter Lagerbestände
  • Vorbereitung Inventur
  • Bearbeitung von Kapazitätsanfragen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

  • Mindestens 3-jährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung z.B. als Industriekauffrau / -mann langjährige Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen der Metallindustrie/Automobilzulieferindustrie
  • Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (insbesondere SAP/PP/MM/WM/SD und MS Excel)
