Für unseren Kunden im Bereich Milch- und Molkereiproduktion suchen wir einen motivierten Mitarbeiter, der eigenverantwortlich die Produktionsprozesse betreut:
Ire Aufgabe:
Selbstständige Bedienung und Steuerung modernster Produktionsanlagen (z. B. Bactofugen, Separatoren, Filtrationsanlagen, Fallstromeindampfer, Ionenaustauscher)
Überwachung und Steuerung der Produktionsprozesse, Sicherstellung gleichbleibend hoher Produktqualität
Fehleranalyse und schnelle Behebung von Störungen
Durchführung vorgeschriebener Reinigungs- und Hygieneprozesse sowie kleiner Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
Dokumentation der Produktionsdaten und Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsvorbereitung
Einhaltung von Prozess-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (z. B. HACCP)
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Milchtechnologe, Molkereifachmann oder Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im kontinuierlichen 5-Schicht-System
Idealerweise Erfahrung in Milchverarbeitung, Filtration, Eindampfung oder Sprühtrocknung
Technisches Verständnis, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und präzise Arbeitsweise
Hohes Hygienebewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Lernbereitschaft und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
