Aufgaben

  • Du bist ein wichtiger Teil unseres Produktionsprozesses und unterstützt bei der Herstellung von Pellets und Massivholzprodukten.
  • Du überwachst und steuerst eigenverantwortlich unsere modernen Produktionsanlagen.
  • Durch deine sorgfältigen Qualitätskontrollen sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Produkte höchsten Ansprüchen genügen.
  • Bei technischen Störungen handelst du schnell und lösungsorientiert.

Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung im Industrie- oder Holzbereich? Perfekt - aber kein Muss!
  • Du sprichst gutes Deutsch und kennst dich mit den Grundlagen von EDV aus.
  • Schichtarbeit ist für dich kein Problem, und ein Staplerschein wäre ein Pluspunkt.
  • Du bist ein verlässlicher Teamplayer, der flexibel auf Herausforderungen reagiert.

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für die holzverarbeitende Industrie und richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das Mindestgehalt beträgt 2.317,96 € brutto pro Monat, wobei eine Überzahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung möglich ist.
