Faser, 5-Schicht

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • º Bedienung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktionsanlagen im Faser-Bereich
  • º Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und störungsfreien Produktionsablaufs
  • º Unterstützung bei der Inbetriebnahme und Außerbetriebnahme von Anlagen und Anlagenteilen
  • º Mitwirkung bei Maßnahmen zur laufenden Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit
  • º Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen und Arbeitsprozessen
  • Dein Profil:
  • º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise in einem technischen Beruf von Vorteil, nicht Bedingung
  • º Verantwortungsbewusste, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • º Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Schichttauglichkeit
  • º Bereitschaft zur langfristigen Tätigkeit im 5-Schicht-Betrieb
  • º Interesse an abwechslungsreichen und vielseitigen Aufgaben
  • º Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität
  • º Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • º Tauglichkeit für fallweisen Einsatz mit schwerem Atemschutz
  • º Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit EDV
  • Wir bieten:
  • º Mindestbruttolohn von € 4.000,- bei 34,2-h-Woche, sämtliche Zulagen, z.B. SEG-, Spät-/Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagszulagen bereits enthalten, tatsächliches Gehalt richtet sich selbstverständlich nach Qualifikationen und anrechenbaren
  • Vordienstzeiten (deutliche Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung)
  • º Zukunftsorientiertes 5-Schicht-Modell mit 2 Tagen Frühschicht, 2 Tagen Spätschicht,
  • 2 Tagen Nachtschicht und anschließend 4 Tagen frei
  • º langfristige Beschäftigungsmöglichkeit in einem modernen Produktionsumfeld
