Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen in der
  • Wirksto¿herstellung und Abfüllung
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung der GMP-Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse, Anlagen und Technologien
  • Durchführung von Prozessanalysen sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von
  • Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, CAPAs und Change Controls
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prozess- und Herstellungsdokumentationen
  • Unterstützung bei Qualifizierungen, Validierungen und technischen Projekten
  • Analyse von Prozessdaten und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur E¿izienzsteigerung
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Instandhaltungsaktivitäten
  • Störungsanalyse und Fehlerbehebung an automatisierten Produktionsanlagen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in den Bereichen Verfahrenstechnik, Chemie,
  • Biotechnologie, Pharmatechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Herstellung pharmazeutischer Produkte - vorzugsweise Parenteralia
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Prozessleitsystemen (PLS) wie Siemens PCS 7, SIMATIC WinCC oder
  • vergleichbaren Automatisierungssystemen
  • Ausgeprägtes Teamwork
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
