  • DER JOB/ IHR AUFGABENSCHWERPUNKT:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung als Bäcker, Koch, Konditor oder
  • Erfahrung im Lebensmittelbereich, gerne auch Quereinsteiger mit Potential erwünscht
  • 3 Jahre Praxis in dieser oder ähnlicher Position
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie EDV-Grundkenntnisse
  • Technisches Verständnis für industrielle Produktionsanlagen
  • 38,5 h/Woche, 5 Tagewoche/3-Schichtbetrieb/Wochenende, je nach Absprache
  • Teamorientierung
  • IHR PROFIL / UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN:
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung, Zubereitung von Vormischungen sowie Aufbereitung
  • der Produktionslinien
  • Linienführung inklusive Inbetriebnahme der Produktionslinien, begleitende Qualitätsprüfungen,
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation der Qualitätsparameter, kontinuierliche Linienführung, Steuerung Produktionsablauf, Erfüllung der Qualitätsvorgaben, HACCP Monitoring,
  • Behebung von Störungen, Reinigung der Produktionsanlagen ...
