- Deine Aufgaben
- Einstellen, Bedienen und Überwachen unserer Produktionsanlagen
- Kontrolle von Produktionsprozessen sowie Produkten und Anlagen
- Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Produktionsbereich
- Durchführung von Lager- und Verladetätigkeiten
- Unterstützung bei Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
- Was wir dazu brauchen
- Interesse an Landwirtschaft und Lebensmittelerzeugung
- Idealerweise Bezug zur Bio-Landwirtschaft
- Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Staplerschein und Fahrpraxis
- Teamgeist sowie eine zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zu saisonalen Überstunden
- Bereitschaft, nach der Einschulungsphase im 2-Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
