Tätigkeiten:

  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Steuerung moderner Produktionsanlagen zur Herstellung von Brettsperrholz (CNC, Hobel, Presse, Kontizink)
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen Fertigungsprozesses sowie laufende Qualitätskontrolle der erzeugten Produkte
  • Einrichtung, Anpassung und Programmierung der Maschinen gemäß technischer Vorgaben und Produktionsplänen
  • Durchführung von Störungsanalysen und selbstständige Behebung kleinerer technischer Probleme an den Anlagen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen sowie bei kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserungen
  • Einhaltung aller geltenden Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen, idealerweise in der Holzverarbeitung oder bei holzbasierten Werkstoffen
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit sowie im Umgang mit Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen von Vorteil
  • Kran- und Staplerschein wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3- bzw. 4-Schicht-Betrieb
