am Standort Kötz (zwischen Ulm und Augsburg)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beschaffung und Analyse von Markt- sowie Wettbewerbsinformationen incl. Benchmarking
  • Innovationsmanagement und Verprobung von Ideen
  • Konzeptionelle Entwicklung von Produkten und technischen Spezifikationen
  • Strategische Produkt- und Sortimentsplanung (Roadmaps, Produktlinien) incl. Kanaldifferenzierung und Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung
  • Standortübergreifende Projektleitung
  • Projektmitarbeit mit Bezug zum Produkt, der Produktdokumentation und der Marketing-/ Vertriebsunterstützung
  • Aktive Begleitung von Produkten sowie Verantwortung für die Sortiments- und Produktpflege
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen und Unterstützung des Servicebereiches in Produktfragen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Technische Ausbildung oder Studium in den Bereichen Mechanik und Elektronik
  • Hohe Affinität zu motorisierten Rasenpflegegeräten und innovative Denkweise
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse (Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung und Kalkulation)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im im Produktmanagement bzw. in Projektmanagement und -leitung
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen von Messen, Veranstaltungen sowie Lieferanten- und Kundenbesuche
