Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du verantwortest Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, um gezielt Trends, Potenziale und Kundenbedürfnisse zu identifizieren.
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst Produktstrategien und stimmst dich dabei eng mit der Geschäftsführung, der Entwicklung, dem Einkauf und dem Vertrieb ab.
  • Du übernimmst aktiv die Steuerung und Leitung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten.
  • Du steuerst das Produktportfolio einer kompletten Produktlinie über deren gesamten Lebenszyklus.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, Universität oder vergleichbar) mit.
  • Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für den Markt und aktuelle Kundenbedürfnisse.
  • Du verfügst bereits über praxisernahe Erfahrung als Projektleiter.
  • Du überzeugst durch deine strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend und sicher auf Englisch.
  • Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit Office 365 (z. B. SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
