  • Du verantwortest die Roadmap und das Backlog deines Produktbereichs, schreibst und priorisierst Epics sowie User Stories und führst Refinements gemeinsam mit dem Entwicklungsteam durch.
  • Du führst Product Discovery eigenständig durch, holst Feedback von Kunden, Consulting und Implementierungspartnern ein, wertest Produkttelemetrie aus und leitest daraus ab, was gebaut wird und was nicht.
  • Du übernimmst eines unserer strategischen Themen, zum Beispiel Governance für KI-Agenten und nicht-menschliche Identitäten oder AI-gestütztes Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Du misst die Adoption nach dem Release, analysierst die Nutzung und steuerst gezielt nach, statt Features nach der Auslieferung aus den Augen zu verlieren.
  • Du befähigst Vertrieb, Marketing und Partner durch eine überzeugende Positionierung, zielgerichtetes Enablement und erfolgreiche Produkt-Launches.
  • Dein Profil
  • Du hast Produktmanagement-Erfahrung in erklärungsbedürftiger Enterprise-Software und mindestens ein Produkt oder einen Produktbereich über einen längeren Zeitraum inhaltlich verantwortet
  • IAM-/IGA-Erfahrung ist ein deutliches Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung. Wichtiger ist, dass du dich nachweisbar tief in eine komplexe, regulierte Domäne eingearbeitet hast - ob das IAM, Finance, Medizintechnik oder Industrie war, ist zweitrangig
  • Du entscheidest evidenzbasiert anhand von Kundengesprächen und Nutzungsdaten – nicht anhand der lautesten Stimme im Raum.
  • Du bist technisch versiert genug, um mit Architekten über Datenmodelle und Integrationsmuster zu diskutieren, ohne dabei die technische Umsetzung vorzugeben.
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
